By accessing or using AI Guru Academy ("the Platform"), operated by AI Guru, a company organized under the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
AI Guru Academy provides AI-powered educational courses focused on AI governance, risk management, and related topics. The Platform uses AI agents to deliver personalized learning experiences. Course content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
You must create an account to access course content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
All course content, materials, AI agent interactions, and Platform design are the property of AI Guru and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.
The Platform uses AI models to generate educational content and assessments. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may contain errors or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional advice. AI Guru does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.
Certain courses may require payment. All payments are processed through Stripe. Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 25% of the course content. Refund eligibility is determined at AI Guru's discretion.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, manipulate, or exploit the AI systems; (c) share account credentials with third parties; (d) submit misleading or harmful content through chat interfaces; or (e) use automated tools to access the Platform without authorization.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Guru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable course.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of New Jersey.
AI Guru reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
